2. Skate with Santa at the Arena - 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

3. Lighting of the Community Christmas Tree - 5:00 pm

4. Hot Chocolate and Festival of Trees - at the Northern Life Museum - after the lighting of the Christmas Tree.

Please join us for one or all of these upcoming December events!

1. Festival of Trees! - Everyone is welcome to enter and decorate a tree  to share the spirit of the season, see poster for details!

2. Join us for hot chocolate at the Museum - Saturday evening, Dec.1 - after the lighting of the tree! Warm up with a drink of hot chocolate and then take a look at the Festival of Trees in the upstairs gallery.

3. Breakfast with Santa - Saturday, Dec. 8th, 9:00 am -11:00 am - A fun family event to celebrate the season. See poster for details.

4. Looking for local or Northern made gifts? - The Northern Life Museum has a great selection of items from carvings, pottery, moccasins, art prints and more!

Festival of Trees

Greetings!

The Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce, along with the Northern Life Museum & Cultural Centre would like to invite you to participate in the Festival of Trees.

Please see attached poster for details.  

Send us your registration form and then come and set up your tree in the Northern Life Museum. The trees will be judged and voted on by the public!

1. Polymer Clay Pendant: Sat., Nov. 10, 2012 - 9:00am - 12:00pm - Great way to spend a morning, be creative, have fun and create.

2. MAX Arts & Crafts Sale: Sat. Nov. 24, 2012 - 1:00pm - 4:00pm at Aurora College -  A great opportunity to shop locally for unique hand made and locally made items.

3. Breakfast with Santa: Sat. Dec.8, 2012 - 9:00am - 11:00pm - Enjoy homemade pancakes, tour the museum and get your picture taken with Santa!
